As noted by Swati, all of us should take this decision in a POSITIVE way and use it for our MAXIMUM ADVANTAGE.
We must remember, it will NOT INCREASE passing %age but will make COMPETITION MORE INTENSE. Definitely, the gap between papers will IMPROVE OUR PREPARTION and hence our CONFIDENCE to face the papers.
We all know how IMPORTANT are LAST DAY PREPARATIONS.
These allegations of so called dilution of professional image of exams are BASELESS. If continuity is the only criteria to judge the image, then in that case ALL PAPERS SHOULD BE HELD IN ONE SINGLE DAY.
Lastly, i will like to thank Nirmala who first broke this news on this portal even before any official annoucement from ICAI.

Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has taken a nice decision and considered the improtance of 3-1/2 years articled training. Thus students can perfom well and also take sleep.
