on the right side of CA club india portal u can find the register..
then fill the form as instructed.

If there is problem in registration confirmation, u can click on the link given on Login page of CAClubindia.
It'll open when you can't log-in and it tells "New users who have not received verification mail. . . . . . ".
Hope it works.
