Hi sristi, what kind of a Question is that??
I mean, what benefit are you talking about dear??
Still not clear, be specific.. Or else, let me ask you, what a common man has earned from this budget??
So, CA is considered as common man in this country, for whom there is no special provision or benefit that BUDGET has given...

I agree with Dhiraj.. but i would still say, with the increased limit of tax audit in the case of business and profession , the CA would some loose some assignments
But with the amendment in Sec 56 to include within its ambit transactions undertaken by by a individual or HUF in shares of the company ( not being a company in which the public are substantially interested ) either for inadequate consideration or without consideration where the receipient is a company or firm. The price at which the shares has to be transacted has to be certified by CA. So increase in their revenue.
This is my personal opinion and to best of my knowledge.
