Public Company is suspended on account on violation of clauses of the listing agreement will the company be considered as unlisted? whether the provisions of companies act will be applicableas listed co. OR unlisted company?????

Dear Rahul,
Your company counted as listed company because your company security is just suspended not delisted, so all compliances of listed companies have to be complied.
