Books purchased from icai website

I have ordered some books on Icai Website 12 days ago ..made payment through debit card ..also given an enquiry number but i didn't know how to trace the order and where to find the status of my order ...

No information is given on the website regarding how to know the status of my order and when will my books deliever

Need ur help friends

in how many days, the books will delivered after ordering online from icai publications site? Please help frenz as I had also ordered some books 10days ago, they are not yet delivered..

..it will take 15 to 20 days approx..I had placed an order last month..I got it after 15 days..so don't worry..u will get your order..

icai publication is very much safe too order books . its take time but u surely receive the books, i received in around 10 days.

I got it in 4 working days. I ordered to be delivered to Bangalore.

It is better to buy from ICAI counter instead of online window...... I just made a mistake of buying my books from online store of ICAI. It has been around 15 days but order yet to be shipped!!

ICAI online store service is the worst service in the world. It may take more than 1 month to receive your books. You should be one of the luckiest person in the world to be able contact them or track your order. So I suggest you to buy books from icai office instead of online store

It usually takes 4-5 working days. I have ordered twice from Chennai and got it delivered via registered post

Waste of time. Dont book through online store, they dont have a dedicated way of shipment and delivery. Better to buy books directly from ICAI. Dont waste your time and money.

Even i have ordred books 5 days back. After calling them everyday they have now updated the courier tracking number on the store website.. But there no mention of the shipping company. how can a student track..This is really not a professionally managed part of ICAI.
