I think study material is undoubtedly sufficient...
But still, various new concepts are to be cleared and understood in detail, for that u should go for PADUKA.. it does help u understanding basic concepts easily, and u won't find costing as a difficult subject thereon..

Module is the best but if you want indepth clarity on concepts then Saxena & Vashist is the good book.

What ever book you follow mastering Concepts is must!
Institute deliberately tests students by making the paper very lengthy.
One needs more practice to solve the paper atleast 85% correctly.
Its sadistic attitude of the institute but as budding professionals we should tackle it .
In my case I scored 65 Marks in CIMA Paper 1 Management accounting Performance Evaluation.(one of Costing paper of CIMA)
But in CA final Nov 2009 i scored only 32 marks in costing.
All i understood is that ONE NEEDS VERY GOOD PRACTICE .

Refer Padhuka's Cost Management. It is the best. Also for other subjects...its the best for exam preparations.
