Bank validation error in refund

My refund got stuck due to
Bank validation pending at pfms
since last 40 days
any solution?

Please check your name in the Bank account and PAN. Your name in bank account should be same as name in Income Tax data base. Please update another bank details after 24 hours and raise a request for refund re-issue in Income tax portal. Other wise update name as per PAN in the Bank.
