can any one advise, Bank Realisation Certificate is necessary to obtain or not for each export invoice?

As per new development, the details of inward remittance are liked with the software system of DGFT, where the details are electronically transferred. Here the benefit for export is, need not wait get the hard copy of bank Realization certificate from the respective bank to submit with DGFT to claim for their benefit under FTP.

Agree with the above view. It is been more than 2 years now , requirement of manual brc s are waived off. Banks should upload the remittence details on a daily basis to dgft website (which are called e-brc s now). You can check whther they are uploaded by entering your ie code in dgft website

Yes., you can get from bank., and you have to submit the same when required
