One of my Client wants to add "INDI" infront of their name as "INDI XXXXXX PVT LTD" now how much minimum authorised captial they going to put.
INDI - means INDIA

Hello,
Now there is no such reequirement.
you can appy this name with the minimum Authorised Sh. Cap. of Rs. 100000/-. as its a pvt company.
