sir,in q2 (1)-i have written that underwriting commission will not be included but stamp duty is preliminary expense.

m i gonna get some marks ?

Sir, In the question on circumstances for Adverse opinion, Modified opinion etc.. I thought we need to give examples and hence, gave 2 examples for each of the 4...Will I get any marks?

When auditor perfrom compliance proedure he comes to know about weakness of IC. so as per the requirement of SA 265, such deficiency of IC should be communicated to Mgt and if these are significant, then to TCWG also. The letter through which deficiency of IC is communicated is called letter of weakness.

Thank u sir, I have taken classes from u, paper was awesom, n becoz of u only i was able to attempt almost 100 marks question. Only 1 question was left impairment of asset. when ur next batch is starting, some of my friends want to join.
