sir as per income tax section 35 d premiliary expenses include underwriting commission and reference book surbhi bansal also include underwriting commission in premiliary expenses

Dear Ankit, it is clearly mentioned in study material by the ICAI that underwriting commission, brokerage paid for shares and debentures should not be included under the head preliminary exp.
