A private company having authorised share capital less than 10 lakhs have not done the audit of last 2 years
In such case, newly appointed auditor can do the Audit of 2 years before 31st March 2018 and FY 17-18's audit in the month of June 2018

sir audit can not be done in June 2018 as per the law. As it will penalize you heavily. For further clarity you may call me.
