We have an AGM scheduled in 2 days and there are 5 shareholders of the company. 4 out of these 5 are also Directors in the company. All 5 are going to join the AGM.
2 of the minority Shareholders with just 4 shares (0.04%) don't like the company decisions and are threatening not to sign the Attendance sheet in protest. The meeting is going to be remote and recorded.
1- If they don't sign can we run into issues with the filing company papers?
2- What are the workarounds of this situation?
3- Anything we should be prepared for here and plan ahead?.
Any help and guidance is really appreciated.
