If an asset purchased is put to use on 2nd April 2009, pl. tell from when the depreciation can be calculated? Is it from 2nd april or 3rd april. Pl. also calculate number of days, till 30th Sep. 2009.

Its the date on which asset is put to use...
So, if its 2nd april, then days upto 30th sept. are 182 days
