2. Deemed-->1year *240days(othercases) * 190days(mine and <6days week)
--> 6 months * 120days (other cases) * 95 days (Mine and <6 days week)
--> Seasonal- 75% of days establishment worked.

- Sickness
- Accident
- Leave
- Abcense without leave not treated as break under standing orders or rules
- Lay-off
- Strike
- Lock-out
- Cessation of work not due to fault of employee.
2. No of working days include
lay-off permitted under Industriall disputes Act or Industrial Employment(Standing orders) Act
Leave with full wages
Absence due to temprary disabled caused by accident in the course of employment
Maternity leave subject to maximum of 12 weeks in case of female employees.
