my friend made mistake in filing the form... rether i would say that he missed to darken the circles of his name in the form n forgot to sign page 2 of form A... we tried to contact institute but there is no response from there... what to do...

Hey contact d institute were u have filed the application, b'cos until last date of filing it will be held at the branch it seems so u can collect it back fill it and give back there itself!! Hope it works out!! All d best!!
