Can anybody clarify my small doubt. Whether articleship (3 years under old course) can be done for more than 3 years or not? (e.g. 3 years and 2 months). Pls. somebody help me in this regard. Can you pls. tell me provisions relating to this.
No way to continue as a articled assistant above the term as per our CA Rules, but as wish of ur employer(CA Practioner) and ur requesting has been taken as a paid assistant for his work after the term...
yes, it can be done if u mention that u have taken excess leave of two months during the articleship time, so u have to work for two more months.
