Articleship "a bad phase"

I am also thinking this is only for the help of mambers.............................saste me majdur mil jate hai.......Institute articals ke liye naye naye rules nikal raha hai as trannsfer not allowed ............office hours of artical..........classes..............but kabhi members ke liye kuch rule nahi nikalta hai no members are giving trainging as per the guidance and most of articals are working excedding office hours as prescribed by ICAI and also they dont get credit of their Extra hours from leave same thing is happen with me.........i have been sented for audit from Bandra to boiser daily traveling up to 6 months and from Virar to Boiser 8 Months i have done one internal audit up to 1 Year............

am totaly agree with you articalship is realy harashment...............and of # and half Year......

agar koi as per institute ki guidance ki tarah training deta hai to mughe batana.......shayad koi nahi hoga.............

ya i agree vid u bro tht no member is following the guidelines issued by ICAI for articles,they keep on making our life hell,v r left vid very less time to concentrate on our studies.

 i think we should  take training from that CA who has not so great work and also from whom  who has just a little bit work

so as per my opinion a average CA is good to gain the importance of articleship

adesh you told you joind recently . so how ur boss can give you work where there is much responsibility?????

your thinking is wrong. ICAI kept three years articleship so that we will get good and deep knowledge about the work. for that we should start from small small works .

you told you have given with internal audit. its seriously very very good work. but only thing is that you should respect your work.

its just your thinking that the work given to is silly.. actualy its not. being a CA final student you dont know all those things then you have seriously done mistake by chosing CA

 Lol. All the articleship experience are the same. You will have to bear these nonsense for 3 years. As long as you get enough time 2 study, dont bother about work.. When I did articleship, there was option to terminate articleship if i was not satisfied with work. But now that option is not available. Just keep things going. Do watever they say. Dont bother that you are not getting any work exposure. That thinking will ruin your peace. Articleship skill is not of use at all unless you want to practice. If you go to employment just dont bother about your current work exposure. If you get free time, spend time reading, doing problems, experimenting excel, bird watching... Blah blah.

If you are being abused in articleship like excess hours of work,exploitation for personal work of partners, then PM me.  I will tell u how to deal with it by taking it to council of ICAI. 

Wait guys there are still so much to share...... i dont understand that why they dont think that we are also future CA ....  so as any way possible to you just remember them that we will also become CA one day......

Unless i think they are taking thir Revenge by doing this cause they already went out from this kind of situation :)

Well you are ca final student and i am a pcc student ...... But my experience is far different from yours.. Let me make it very clear.. CA INSTITUTE don't want majdurs . It is for our benefit only and hey you who said you have to travel a lot for audits let me clarify that It is making you tougher day by day.. Maybe you dont realise it now but you will Certainly understand it's importance.. You are so lucky that you have work. What if agar tum ca ho jate aur tumhe agey MBA karne ka mood hota?? Naukri ko kuch din aur backseat pe rakhte???

Let me explain what i feel about is the meaning of Articleship:

1 Helping a CA so that he can establish himself and make money for himself.

2 Cheap employees ie 1000.

3 In some CA firms there is no exposure of any field.

4 My own friend is doing Articleship from a CA firm at daryaganj in New Delhi and what he says to me.

a) Mere CA se aalsi aur Koi ho hi nahi sakta jab dekho to sota rehta hai.

b) When it comes to stipend what he says to one of the Article 1000 se tera kya hoga.

c ) 10 baje aata hai aur 1:30 tak chala jaata hai ghar sone ke liye.

d ) Hamare office me toh safai bhi nahi hoti, safaui toh un offices me hoti hai jahaan kaam hota hai woh jab saal me aandhi aati hai tab jaake safai hoti hai.

e ) office mein bhi jab dekho sota rehta hain.

f ) jab tak usse stipend ke liye khud na bolo deta hi nahi hain. Bohot hi besharam hain.Usse toh sharam bhi nahin aati. Chaar diwari mein uski kya bejati karoge kon dekhene wala hai.

5 ) So according to me it is better to take dummy Articleship then joining a CA FIRM for Articleship. Reasons for such:

a) When u work in a CA firm as an employee u will be paid good money and will learn much more work according to me .

b) Ek bari form bharwaliya toh chood toh nahi sakte since that transfer rule such restriction not applicable to an emplyee.

c ) CA ki baat pe bharosa nahi kar sakte woh bolta toh hai ki uske paas sab tarah ka kaam hain lekin sab ki andar ki baatein apneaap bahar aa hi jaati hain ki actual mein firm kya hai.

d ) Article se better aapko koi bhi nahin bata sakta ki aapko firm join karni chaahiye ya nahin kyunki woh sab kuch jaanta hai firm ke baare mein.

e) According to atleast 50% of CAS JOOTH ke alaawa aur kuch bolte hi nahin hain.

6 I want to ask a question to every CA here

Our CA institute president has always said agar hamen koi CA mila jisne kisi ko Dummy di hain to hum use disqualify kar denge. CA 1st rank holder in 2006 Miss Renu gulati found to be a dummy Article and she suffered consequences.

I want to know that CA that provides dummy to he what happenend to him was he disqualified and who is he and what is his registration number.

CA institute bolta toh bohut kuch hain lekin jaob karne ki bari aati hain toh haath jad deta hai.

TAKE THE TRANSFER SOMEHOW, U CAN LEARN A LOT OF WORK IN A SMALL FIRM,,,,,,,,BIGGER THE FIRM LESSER THE WORK.ITS A FACT .JOIN A SMALL SCALE FIRM
