Is there any rule that if a CA student completing his articles in july or aug month, he/ she should serve for the same firm up to september return filing date of that year....

please if any one have the related ICAI circular provide me the same

As per chartered accountants regulation act, 1988 (amended july 1,2013) refer chapter - iv 'articles and audit assistant' sec 43 to 67 there's not any such kind of rule to article have to work upto sept if his/her articleship completed in july or Aug.
