08 April 2009Our company acts as commission agents for foreign importers/traders who buy surplus inventory of Indian IT Companies. Our turnover in the year ended 31.3.2009 was Rs.9.67 lacs.
We presume that we are covered by Export of Services Rules and need apply for Service Tax Number.

Yes, your services are export of services, no service tax is payable.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
