PF act is applicable to employees engaged by the contractor whose monthly salary is less than 6500/-. for the PF act it is not relevant whether pricipal pay wages from which sources. it is the responsibility of principal to comply with PF act

Hi jaydip patel My actual query is that the employer has given a contractor to a sub-contractor and the sub-contractor has appointed the labour(Casual Labours) for that job. Such contract is usually for a period not more than 2 months. Whether i have to pay PF for these casual labours? If so kindly substaniate with the referrence to Act.
