Hi,
Is VAT applicable or exempted on supply of goods to SEZ and STPI Units. Similiary, is there any exemption under CST Act for supply to these units? please clarify.

no CST for supply SEZ/ 100% EOU/STPI, but u have to obatain the tax exemption documents ( forms)
