hi
you can do this too.. select by font color and then multiply visible cells by -1 it will convert in negative and positive values for Cr and Dr.

But Sandeep How It Can Convert......
Since Its Not Considering Dr & Cr at any where.....
and how excel will identify that cr is to be negative and dr is to be positive....

just select whole column and then right click choose format number 1234.10 and u will get data in desired format.

Hey if U want to FIND Cells with "Dr." then Just :-
Press Ctrl+F then Expand the OPTIONS in the "Find Dialogue Box"
Then in the "LOOK IN" Option select "VALUES"
It will search all Cells with Dr. or Cr.

But After Pressing Replace Tab, Its Not Working....
No Method i Actually Perfectly Working, I Mean to say Suggested by u or shibu or anand....
