An MNC or CA firm

I have two options in hand to work in Accounts Payable process for 30000 for ca inter and certain other facilities for free or in a CA firm as paid assistant for 15000.

I have no experience for ca firm and no computer skills as well but may get chance to work in and learn and gain experience.

What option should I go for considering studies and value addition?

I am not planning to open a CA firm without friends.

But some people says it's better to join CA firm .
