Amount limitations for filling of TDS on interest
under section 194 A greater than which amount interest I have to pay 10% TDS sir.

If you are paying interest as below three category then TDS Limit will be 40,000/- & If any other category then Limit will be 5,000/-:
1. Banking Company or Banking Institution
2. Co-Operative Society
3. Post Office
