All CA articles: Plz email CCM to remove transfer ban

There is gonna be some announcement relating to articles; in the end of this month. As time is precious:

please email the following addresses of Central Council Members to

a)revoke transfer ban within a city(make it atleast 3)

b) reduce articleship of pcc students of 6 months

c) don't implement online working  e-diary
