Agreement for revenue sharing

Dear Hinal,

you have to make an agreement for payment of commission, such as a Memorandum of Understanding, wherein you agree to pay commission to the person who will refer the client to you.

Ideally, the agreement should contain the clauses such as you will not solicit the clients referred to you, payment of interest on late payment of the commission by you, etc
