Age - is it a block for good employment?

Dear friends,

i have lost both groups in final.

my age is 28. I would like to appear groupwise.

Therefore by the time I pass, my age will be 30.

please tell me whether age will act as a blocking factor or as a disadvantage for gainful employment?
