As far as I know, to get a Certificate of Completion of Internship after becoming a member of ICAI, you need to follow the following steps:

1. Ensure that you have completed the required internship period.
2. Fill in the Certificate application form and submit the required documents.
3. Pay the relevant fees and apply at the local ICAI office. block blast
4. Check the application status and receive the Certificate upon approval.
