I feel elated as you tried to improvise on my base data. It was your discussion with Krunal Sharma and Jose panesar on quality of CA Course that motivated me to take interest in this forum and prepare for CPT.

Thereafter I found your presence in forum negligible, Some time back I read about you of  taking some position in Gujrat State ICAI, I congratulate you on that responsibility wish you can take the inputs of this forum to the authorities.

I believe this forum fulfills the gap that exists for students of indirect education mode. For example I just learnt from you  theoreatical part is equally important in case of cost and accounts as the practical part.

I request you to be present at the forum regularly. Special thanks for your appearance at the time of such a inspiring result as personality like you can work as a moral lifting light in the darkness of failure.

One earthern lamp can defeat the sea of darkness.

One more thing I have not found you ever  of agreeing with any of suggestion related to functioning of ICAI, I like this stand of yours and have a secret  desire of getting in to a intense argument with you on this area..

At present I do not find myself eligible for that argument with a towring personality like you as I am just going for IPCC.

Well it is difficult to have interaction with the people like you . I am tempted to utilize this opportunity , If you have time kindly , otherwise you can ignore it as Authorities in my country has always done with masses :-

A). Transparancy – There is a merit list in CAT, CEET. PMT or any engineering ,medical exam, There students gets the actual feedback of their performance.

But in ICAI student’s result is controlled by delibrately decreasing their marks, do you justify this act. If this does not fall in the category of cruelty. Autocracy.

I Suggest ICAI should display actual result and number of  students to be taken should be declared well  before exam 2.-3 months ago. so that students should know in advance level of difficulty

B). Just assume the GOD IS GREAT as your son and feel his pain. He is totally frustrated and lost the desire to pursue further.

He is trapped there is no return back after investing 4 deciding years of life in a developing over populated country India.

If only Article ship starts after completion of Finals He could have changed his course in first year itself  but he carried on with system of articleship . System got cheap educated man power and precious youth will go into middle age as dejected, frustrated soul without enjoying the springs of youth.

CA course is less important than M.B.B.S, There internship starts after 4 years. Then why not in ICAI.

Lust for Cheap man power, myopic people . They should employ people ( Accounts Asst. Staff )   and cover the cost from companies instead of expoilating innocent articles.

C ). I am yet to satisfy myself how ICAI manage to give training to different Articles during their training period.

How he checks if students has got training in every aspect of his course auditing , taxation, etc etc and etc

Urgent attention needed on this phase, who will train, What will he train and how will hetrain what is his infrastruture, how icai will moniter. Big silence

D). I sincerely feel english language paper should be added in CPT, It is in Compulsery in CAT.

Last but not least

If a course has the potential  to open 50 different emloyment avenues as per your statement still that course does not give employment guarantee , Then one can only imagine how badly that course designed, crafted and  managed .

One last suggestion – This is time of specialization why not divide course in two parts

One for metro students aiming for MNC remove article ship part and make them best Finance professional of the world at par with IIM. Deprive them from statutory powers any way they do not utilize it.

Iind for hard core chartered accountant , lengthy course with articleship starting after competion of final.

There is a light after every darkness. they himself have predicted shorage of CA in coming times morever Indian economy growin at the rate of 10 % will boom only in coming years that too on shoulders of people like you.

do not loose heart it is timely slump be focussed who knows next year it will 30 % , after all how can economy sustain without support of educated skilled people.

In the end again

Love the course do not hate it  success will come automatically to you.

look for perfection owning the contents of material, be owner of course not treat it as tenant I mean just for passing.

My only suggestion to ICAI is

putup a board outside every branch of ICAI as

" FOR INTELLIGENTS ONLY" with a danger sign

so that people like me will be cautioned properly before entering the premises of the great ICAI office.

Dear All,

Please see the pass % and think about our childern to prepare after 10th to take commerce for CA or Science for Engineering.

I am also hopeless with CA institure. 

I think if CA Institute take again exam. of all CA already pass than only approximate 75% CA which are already pass are failed as per new petrain.

I think CA institute should be closed the open entry in CA and give entry only who are passed in 12th more than 75% marks.
