Can anyone provide me with the Format or the content to be given as advertisement in Public Newspaper , if a Pvt Ltd co. do not appoint a whole Time company secretary .

DEAR EXPERTS,
IF A PVT. LTD COMPANY DO NOT APPOINT A WHOLE TIME SECRETARY IT HAS TO OBTAIN COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE FROM A PRACTCISING UNDER SECTION 383 OF THE COMPANIES ACT. I DONT FEEL THAT THE COMPANY NEEDS TO GIVE ANY AD. IN NEWSPAPER FOR THAT.
