Adt 1 appointment of auditor

Sir, as per the companies act appointment of first auditor do not require filing of ADT 1 . After he gets appointed by the shareholders in AGM whether the company required to file this form or any other form?

ADT-1 is required to file roc within one month from the date of incorporation of company. if company fail to appoint auditor within one than it may be appointed by shareholder in gm by special resolution within 3 month 

As per section 139(6) the first auditor of a company other than govt company shall be appointed by the board of directors within 30 days from the date of registeration of the company . In the case of failure of the bod it shall inform the members i.e share holders of the company
The members of the company shall within 90 days at an EGM appoint the auditor.

What about ADT 1 filing if the first auditor was appointed in the board meeting?
The notice of appointment of auditor to be filed with registrar within 15 days of the meeting in which auditor is appointed.The notice of the appointment of auditor to be filed with registrar in form ADT-1 as per companies rules 2014.
for first auditor appointed by BOD... ADT-1 Not required
