Can anyone guide me where I can get the updated companies act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder

You can visit https://www.dokmart.com/companies_act/sections for updated Companies Act, 2013, Rules, Notifications, Circulars etc. with no subscripttion requirement . I liked this site becos of excellent user interface and unique and easy way of presentation.
