ya!! Shreyas I was also confused about that...then I wrote there- it is assumed that debentures are redeemed at 10% premium by issuing pref shares...

Open Challenge to Paper Setter to complete the exam in 2.5 hrs( half hour less as he knows the answers). I am damm sure he would take it 3hrs and might take more. Why ICAI allows such question papers which cant be solved in 3hrs. 8marks question look like 16marks question and 16 marks was around 20-25 marks question. 4 &5 marks question seems to be 8-9marks question. Only students who practise accounts whole book daily can solve around 80-90marks within 3hrs. I dont think anyone completed full paper

Very lengthy paper..

AS were Easy but Q were very lengthy even 8 marker seemed to be like 16 marker

I had a hard time today and in tax. But law and costing was easy. Accounts was lengthy but I was able to compete. Our papers are totally against trends. Totally unexpected. I think pass percentage would be more this time as checking would be easy

Questions are lengthy and out of our expectations . It will take more than three hours to complete the paper.
