Can we use capital reserves in cash for converting partly paid up shares into fully paid up shares?

Yes not less the companies act suggests another method. What is partly paid up pls? There is no payment for bonus shares or allotment charges as well while issuing. The holdings will increase. While paying out the dividends retained earnings is used, when held shares are sold, capital reserves or bank will be used to pay with above exception.
