Accelerated depreciation whether allowed under the income tax act
One of my client wants to claim acclerated rate of depreciation on wind mill machine. Whether it is allowable under the Incometax act

Yes it is available. Mr. Arun Jaitley had given a clarification on 18th July 2014 regarding restoration of accelerated depreciation for Wind Power Projects. We are awating the notification on the same.
