needs to resign that job

or else dummy articles (that is wrong choice) - he/she face prob in future

For Govt employee their is no way other than leaving the job, even they can not go for dumy

No option brother.. you should join your articleship bcoz CA is more important than job.. nd once u become a CA these jobs will be nothing in front of you.. that is my personal advice to u....

The only last forceable move which yhou have to take is doing the articleship.

u cant do it without resignation.

and very very very IMP advice.....

never ever join a firm which doesnt allow transfer....and place where they dont treat you nicely, cos you will suffer for three years...!!!!!

in my view go for articeship in BIG4 so it wont hurt ur earning but u will have to leave the current job any how

In my opinion please don't leave your job..Its really not easy to get a secured job..if you have a permenant job than in that case, you can take leave ..it is v.much possible to take such long leaves..you wont be paid for that period..however if you get into some gud firm you will be paid equivalenty..Also, Taking Dummy is no gud option in your case..Act Judiciously..All the Best
