Dear Kesha,
challan is a supporting form for statutory paymens. eg. challan no 280 is used for payment of income tax. it contains the details of the payment that is being made.
invoice means a bill.
voucher is a supporting document for an entry passed in the books of accounts. say a journal voucher or JV is a supporting for a journal entry passed;

Hello dear,
Challan is a kind ok acknowledgement which we receive after payment of any fee or any other payment in any govt. department, it is in the form of both manual challan and e challan, in manual you just have to fill it more than once and one is your acknowledgement copy.
A voucher is simply an internal document of an organisation containing an accounting entry with all the other details like date of vouchger, date of GRN, organisation's name and address, its PAN, TIN, VAT or Excise Number and most importantly it contains the signature of one or more authorised signatories which are required to approve the passing of the particular voucher or the entry contained in it. Remember, it is not a bill or invoice or supporting of an entry.
An invoice is the supporting ofthe voucher just mentioned above, to support the entries passed. e.g. A sales voucher is supported by a sales invoice. It is the real bill or invoice of goods or services by the vendor to the organisation (in case of a sales invoice).
I hope it worked for u.
Thanks.
