If susch a claim was allowed then the expenses on food and clothing can also be claimed as exepenses as they are needed for living and surviving and if a person cannot liove he cannot earn. This shows the difference beteween personal exepenses( which are needed irrespective of earning income or not) and business exepenses !

It is well said that we must corelate concepts with real life situations for better understanding and practicality. I think Lawyer Mr. Shanti Bhushan took it more seriously beyond limits.
.
Though remembering names of opponent and deponent in case laws are a bit difficult for me, i could easily remember in this case and was able to present it right in my exam.
.
I am sure i could remember his name because of the fun part in the case law :)
