Those who have 80G (10AC) certificate can take the donation and donor will get the exemption u/s 80G. What donee has to do? Has he needs to file any return with donors details?

The donee has to file the details in Form 10BD and Form 10BE by 31st of May of the immediate following financial year. e.g. For FY 2021-22, the forms have to be filed by 31.05.2022.
