Hey pls tell what should be done if principal is not ready to give credit hrs.for more then 35 hours per week..... and if 35 hours rule is applicable why do some of them still calculate no. of days served by old method (of days)

THERE IS NO ONE WHO CAN RESTRICT THEM THEREFORE SUCH THINGS HAPPENS ALSO THE INSTITUTE IS NOT TAKINGSERIOUS STEPS
.......... hours exceed 35 hours per week (excluding lunch break), he/she shall be entitled to compensatory leave calculated with reference to number of completed working hours, over above, 35 hours per week. |
