Not applicable since turnover less than 10 crores.

Not applicable. If your turnover exceeds Rs. 10 crore in last year then only TDS provisions applicable.

This query column by caclub is weird 😂 . people are posting same replies with nothing new to say. what's the logic? correct the person who answers the query if he or she is wrong. but illogically posting same replies. is some sort of competition going on regarding this @ caclubindia? need to look into this

First thing is that posting same replies will make the querist sure about the reply.
Secondly experts here have not that much time to read all above replies, before answering the query.
This platform is to help others not to read each and every reply. So if you have some problem then stop reading replies.

Anyways, illogically copying and replying same thing again and again wont change the answer unless and until expert has something new to say. It will just increase the points of experts which i feel is the case as same replies are copied and pasted.
Yes, I have problem when i receive the notification just to see that its just a copy paste. Its a wonderful learning platform and kindly let it be like that only and dont make it some sort of competition. I dont have a problem if there is something new added to the reply or I am corrected, it will only add to my value.
I have nothing personal against anyone here as I enjoy reading and contributing to this wonderful platform where professionals like you and students only contribute to the knowledge and value of their peers and kindly let it be so :)

Totally agree with you, but you are also creating notifications by showing your problems on many post.
My point is just simple, that repetitive replies make querist sure about reply.

Again I repeat. Ma'am I have problem only with copy paste. I am sure querist and people like me will enrich from your experience and expertise when you add value to the content

Even a like button from others will be enough for the querist to be sure of the reply given. Copy pasting without any value addition will only increase the points of experts nothing else :)

Experts must heed, if they arent the first person replying, what others have said on the issue.
i have witnessed and experienced such situations many times on this platform. this is how i tackle them:
after having read the query i have my opinion in my mind, but if we read the comments below we would either see confirming views or contradicting views.
when majority have already given a correct solution then its better to simply agree with them. but many times i notice that all of them have missed an important point which also needs to be considered. then i give my addition only by giving such addittional point. eg- somebody asked if its possible to carryforward mutual fund losses. three experts said yes its possible. i added that for losses to be set off against current year gain you must have filed the previous year's return within due date.
i agree with CA Anurag. what is the point in repeating the same answers unless it adds incremental value. if the idea is to increase the number of people holding one stream of thinking then it can be done by gestures such as liking previous comments or by simply agreeing to other experts. curious learners would be perplexed to see same comments five times by several experts who havent given anything in addition to previous comments.
when people are having contradicting views:
these situations are very interesting and here, i think, every expert must convey and argue and together arrive at a solution. here experts may add value by giving their opinion to contradict with other experts.
this platform is great and the experts participating here are all great. we must work to maintain and keep this platform great and productive.
