Hi Sir, Please help to resolve the TDS filling error report saying " Challan details mentioned in the statement not present in the challan file imported - This error is seen while filing Q1 Return - Error code-t-fv-3141. Believe me, the information provided is correct. We are using RPU file for filing. Thanks Sarath K

I was one of the guarantors of a MSME for a term loan from Vijaya bank (now Bank of Baroda). I had given a residential property as a colleteral fr the loan. Unfortunately due to covid and other problems our factory incurred huge losses and couldn't afford to pay the EMIs for the loan. Now, the bank has sent letters that if we don't pay the term loan, they will take away the property and make us liable for the outstanding loan balance. Can they do this? If so what options do I have.

Is there any new update to Section 54F whereby, we cant invest the full consideration received to buy a Residential Property and claim exemption for the Full Amount?
