    I have a doubt, Is relief under 89(1) is available for new tax regime? I have filed AY21-22 in old tax regime, This year got salary and DA arrear. Can i file form 10E and show relief 89 in ITR 1 AY 22-23 in new tax regime?

    Hi Sir, Myself shashidhar, recently qualified CA in Dec,21. While applying membership it ask to update qualification detail, while updating it clashes with articleship, i had pursued M.com from mysore university which is correspondence course it saying to get approve form 112 for clashed qualfication whether i can apply 112? with current date as it was asked by my principal to confirm with SIRC
