    Dear Sir, I am working in ltd company that is registered in the year 2009. Now we want to take EPF registration but the department is saying that you will covered from back date means from 2009 but we have only 5 to 8 employees in that period. Now i want to know that 1. what is law for EPF registration means it required 20 employees or not 2. Why they are covering to us from 2009 3. Is any process that we can covered from current.     i hv passed ipcc group 1st in nov 2012. i am a regular student of my clg nd given exams of b.com 2nd yr which ended on 15 th march as a regular student. my clg does not sign on the form 112. can i send the form by marking private student for regestrn for articleship n later i will surely do my 3rd yr of b.com as private student ......is this possible...??? if yes what confirmatons are required for this purpse...????
