    Pvt. ltd. co. is having paid up captial of rs. 100,000/- and its audit and filing is completed up to a.y. 2011-12 but for ay 12-13 and 13-14 whole procedure is pending how to solve this. when to appoint new auditor bcoz retiring auditor refuse to audit. new auditor had got cop on 24.01.2013 how to dealt with this.

    Hi, I have cleared my IPCC Group I in Nov 2011 and then i joined Articles in April 2012. I cleared my IPCC Group II in Nov 2013 attempt.. What is the last date for registration for CA Final in order to get Nov 2014 Attempt.

    dear sir, i was took termination before 1yr and after taken the terminationa i did notjoin any firm 3 months after 3months i joined the one firm now i want to send a form 103 to icai. it is ok institute will accept my rejoining or not please tell me sir im getting scared about this

    Suppose i worked on Sunday and after that, i took a compensatory Leave for that Sunday on the day of Monday. Leave on Monday is actually the Sunday that i have availed. Will this compensatory leave will be calculated in actual leave taken.
