    Hi, I have one Query Regarding Correction in Amount in Challan which has already Filled in Orignal Return with Wrong Amount. Because of this Challan is Matched in NSDL and Unmatched in OLTAS. Because of Wrong Amount Booked in NSDL their is Demand From TRACES. Can You Short out my This Query ???? Thanks in Advance.........

    Dear Sir, I have completed my articleship and sent application to institute but the same is put under hold by the institute because my signature is not matching.     sir, now i woulkd like to terminate from my articleship (2nd yr completed) on medical basis.But due to dis reason my atempt is moving ahead plz suggest the appropriate background reason to terminate sir. I think mariage basis doesn't affect my attempt but am unmarried sir, can i produce duplicate marriage certificate?

    i am into my 2nd year of articleship and i want to take transfer because my father is shifting to chennai for starting new business with my chacha(uncle) so i have to take consent from my principle or transfer is my right. and plz provide me the format of letter to be submitted in icai....
