    Suppose i worked on Sunday and after that, i took a compensatory Leave for that Sunday on the day of Monday. Leave on Monday is actually the Sunday that i have availed. Will this compensatory leave will be calculated in actual leave taken.

    I have to submit a quotation for a big cooling tower system on LSTK basis. The tender documents term it as 'indivisible contract' but price is to be quoted separately for Materials (Supplies) and Services (erection cost). My question: Is ST lapplicable on total lump sum cost of work or just on the cost of services (i.e., erection price). Please advise urgently. Thanks in advance. akmangal@yahoo.com

    Dear Sir, How to determine date of Acquisition in case of Acquisition of property from a Builder/Developer of property. The Land Developer take the Application Money for the construct the property and after that they make allotment time to time from the applicants and after received all the money from applicants they transfer the possession of property and after that registered deed of conveyance/Registered deed. So all above process take 2-3 years in that case how to ascertain date of purchase as per Income Tax Act and Transfer of Property Act and other if any .
