Sir, Since we are providing services of Storage & Warehousing,Cargo Handling,Cleaning Services & Renting Of immovable Property and for providing these services we use input services/material and avail cenvat credit on these input services/material. My query is whether there is one to one relationship necessary to avail cenvat credit to pay output tax on output services specially in case of cargo handing service Thanking you

GUIDANCE NEEDED.... hello Sir, I'm a CS,CWA,CA final(articles completed).Accounting-Auditing-Taxation doesn't interest me much.I'm interested in making a career in financial advisory services.I dono the exact technical terms but I want to specialise in areas like equity research,portfolio mangt.,I can't do a top notch MBA to get direct entry into these because I'm already 25 & need to earn now and for CFA(US),I can't fund them right now.So plz suggest me how should I proceed to achieve my target.Also, Ive not cleared in may'12 (third)attempt.How and Where to join to proceed towards my goal??? PLZ ADVISE....

Dear sir, As per above mentioned sub my 1 shipment was export. but there is some dispute for matter. buyer was hold on balance payment. pay terms is CAD condition 30% adv received but 70% payment not received. document was submitting on bank. so can you suggest me how to clear to this matter & get received my payment asap.
