Our company is going to transfer the business to foreign company by slump sale. We have 2 EPCG & 4 DEEC License of which Export obligation fulfilled & EODC application already submitted to DGFT but till date EODC has not been issued. So, in this situation do we require to apply for change of name in the said License or just need to intimate to DGFT. Second we have 20 Custom bond pending to be cancel from customs. We have already applied for bond cancellation but till date it has not cancelled. So, please inform us what is the procedure we need to follow. Do we need to request for change of name or just need to intimate. Please guide me on procedure.

Hi Ramesh Sir, One of my colleague has sent me a used Laptop from dubai, now custom guys has detained the laptop, now they are asking for NOC from MOEF, please tell me the procedure to get the NOC or tell me any Agent's contact Info who can help me to get the clerence done, i have found the number of agent in your blog but that guy is not the concerned person. Please help
